Job summary

Ardurra in Prescott, AZ is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the full life cycle of engineering construction projects. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, procurement, and client communications to deliver value and maintain profitability.

You will build and lead a high-performing project team, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive project execution from initiation through closeout, with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of project management experience in engineering/construction.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Arizona or ability to obtain on hire.
• Proven track record managing complex projects and staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and control projects to meet scope, schedule and budget.
• Lead project teams and manage client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Track progress, milestones, and invoicing; manage risk and cash flow.
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
