Job summary

Ardurra is seeking a licensed Civil Engineer to join our Municipal group in Prescott and Flagstaff, AZ as Project Manager. You will lead land development projects, from parks to drainage systems, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes on-time, on-budget delivery, client relationship management, and preparing proposals and scopes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of civil engineering and project management experience.
• Arizona PE license or ability to obtain via reciprocity.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Office and Bluebeam.

What You'll Do

• Manage and design civil engineering projects (public & private) including industrial, residential, commercial, and drainage/stormwater systems
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (transportation, water/wastewater, surveying)
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and client relationships for on-time, on-budget delivery
• Prepare proposals, scopes, fees, and RFP responses
• Support construction administration by reviewing submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering and project management
• Arizona PE license (or ability to obtain via reciprocity)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Highly self-motivated and collaborative
