Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of water/wastewater engineering experience in evaluating, planning, designing, and constructing facilities.
• 3+ years of water/wastewater engineering project management experience.
• Oklahoma PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Ability to work outdoors in construction environments.
• Proven business development experience.
• Experience mentoring staff and fostering growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management and process design for new water/wastewater facilities and upgrades; prepare reports and present findings to clients and regulatory agencies.
• Conduct business development and develop client relationships in the water/wastewater industry.
• Evaluate and apply treatment technologies to optimize performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop specifications and drawings (PFDs, P&IDs) for senior drafters.
• Assess regulatory impacts (DOH, EPA, MPCA) for client needs.
• Travel to client/vendor sites for reviews, verifications, and presentations.
