Job summary

EmergencyMD seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support the Program Project Manager in coordinating daily activities on electrical construction projects. You will help manage documentation, schedules, progress reporting, and communications across project teams.

This role requires collaboration with project managers, engineers, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and clients, maintaining accurate records, supporting schedule updates, and promoting safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in construction project management or project support.
• Experience coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Proficiency in project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and reporting.
• Experience with scheduling, cost reporting, and forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Project Manager with daily coordination of project activities.
• Lead project engineering coordination, field progress tracking, and quality reporting.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, transmittals, and document control.
• Maintain accurate project records and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate data collection, validation, and reporting for scheduling and budgeting.
• Support project meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Assist with cost reporting, forecasting, and overall project controls.
