Job summary

Enercon Technologies in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive complex electronics-based NPD/NPI programs. You will own end-to-end delivery, serve as primary customer contact, and lead cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain.

You will build and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigations, shaping projects from concept through manufacturing transfer. PMO practices and mentoring are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years managing complex technical projects (electronics preferred).
• Strong understanding of NPD/NPI and manufacturing processes (DFM/DFT, V&V).
• Experience in regulated industries (medical devices highly preferred).
• PMP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex product development projects.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, managing expectations and communication.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risks.
• Drive execution from concept through manufacturing transfer.
• Mentor project managers and contribute to PMO best practices.
