Job summary

Enercon Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to lead electronics-based NPD/NPI programs and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution across the full product lifecycle, from concept through manufacturing transfer. This role emphasizes strong communication and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience managing technical projects (electronics preferred).
• Strong understanding of product development and manufacturing processes (NPI, DFM/DFT, V&V).
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management tools (MS Project a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• PMP or similar certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of product development projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Track milestones, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Drive execution from concept through manufacturing transfer.
• Contribute to PMO processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
