Job summary

Electron Energy Corporation in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Manager, NPI Project to lead new product introduction projects from concept to first-time production. You will coordinate across Business Development, Quality, Engineering and Operations to ensure manufacturability and adherence to customer specs.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in project management, and ability to guide cross-functional teams through definition, planning, execution and risk

Qualifications

• BS degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or physics.
• Minimum 5 years work experience in an engineering role for product development and/or manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing projects.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects, including planning, execution, and risk management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Celoxis).

Responsibilities

• Be a safety role model and promote a safe work environment.
• Lead completion of NPI projects with objectives, timelines, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress and track tasks.
• Coordinate with third parties/vendors for project execution.
• Provide root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions when targets are not met.
• Attend conferences and training to maintain proficiency.
