ArchKey Solutions LLC in New Castle, PA is seeking a Project Manager to own large-scale electrical projects from estimation through close-out. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, schedules, and safety compliance, and maintain strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HV electrical projects, strong leadership, risk management, and proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and MS Project. Travel may be occasional.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing high-voltage projects (69kV–500kV) in transmission, distribution or substations.
• Strong knowledge of power systems, codes, and safety regulations.
• 2+ years electrical construction or commissioning experience preferred.
• Leadership, problem-solving and ability to drive results.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook; familiarity with PM tools.
• Education: Associate's Degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or Electrical Engineering/Technology; or equivalent on-the-job experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead project execution: manage all phases including setup, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract interpretation.
• Ensure safety & compliance: audits and adherence to OSHA 1910.269, NFPA 70E, NESC and standards.
• Manage labor & materials: productivity, staffing, procurement, delivery, usage and returns.
• Collaborate with teams: foremen, field teams, engineers and clients to deliver projects efficiently.
• Drive business growth: pursue new opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee project documentation: drawings, field records, change orders, close-out documents.
