Job summary

ArchKey Solutions in New Castle, PA is seeking a Project Manager to own large-scale electrical projects from estimating through close-out.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure OSHA/NFPA/NESC compliance, and drive profitability through effective scheduling and cost control. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a proven track record in high-voltage or industrial electrical projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing high-voltage (69kV to 500kV+) or industrial electrical projects.
• Strong understanding of power systems, codes, and safety regulations.
• 2+ years electrical construction or commissioning experience.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and ability to drive results.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook; familiarity with PM tools.
• Associates degree or equivalent on-the-job experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Execution - manage all phases including setup, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract interpretation.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance - prioritize jobsite safety per OSHA 1910.269, NFPA 70E, NESC and company standards.
• Manage Labor & Materials - full responsibility for labor productivity, staffing, procurement, delivery and returns.
• Collaborate with Teams - coordinate with foremen, field teams, engineers and clients to deliver projects efficiently.
• Drive Business Growth - pursue new opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee Project Documentation - keep drawings, field records, change orders and close-out documents accurate.
