Job summary

Lvi-Associates is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale Data Center and mission-critical construction from preconstruction through commissioning. You will own complex electrical scopes, guide project teams, and maintain strategic relationships with owners, developers, and design teams.

The role emphasizes budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and cost control while driving safety, quality, and schedule performance across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Electrical Construction Project Management.
• Experience leading large-scale Data Center, Mission Critical, or Critical Facilities projects.
• Proven success managing complex electrical scopes and large project teams.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, contracts, procurement, and cost management.
• Experience with medium voltage, low voltage, critical power, backup generators, switchgear, and mission critical electrical infrastructure.
• Strong client-facing and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Data Center and Mission Critical Construction projects simultaneously.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and execution.
• Manage project financials, cost controls, billing, cash flow, and profitability.
• Direct teams of Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and field personnel.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, developers, general contractors, and design teams.
• Oversee procurement and installation of electrical distribution systems, switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS systems, PDUs, and critical power infrastructure.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contract negotiations, and project documentation.
• Drive safety, quality, schedule performance, and client satisfaction.
• Support commissioning, startup, testing, and turnover activities.
• Provide executive-level reporting and strategic project oversight.

A leading electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale Data Center, Mission Critical, and Critical Infrastructure projects valued at $100M+.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex electrical construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning while providing leadership to project teams, field operations, and client stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving project execution, financial performance, client relationships, and overall project success.

Preferred Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager experience on Hyperscale Data Centers
• Mission Critical Construction experience
• PMP Certification
• Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree
• Journeyman or Master Electrician background
• Experience with commissioning and startup of critical facilities
