Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or architecture.
• 12+ years PM experience, plus 3+ years as Senior PM supervising staff.
• Master planning, A/E solicitation, cost controls, scheduling.
• Proficiency with Prolog and Primavera.
• Architect or PE registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management activities from design through closeout.
• Coordinate owner, design teams, and contractors.
• Manage data, approvals, and project documentation.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and timely delivery.
