Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
• 8+ years of project management experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between sponsor and organization at the project level.
• Ensure escalation pathways are followed and communicate ROE guidelines.
• Define responsibilities and communication for secondary project leads as needed.
• Accountable for overall delivery of cross-functional projects (time, cost, quality).
• Demonstrate financial stewardship by managing budget, scope, and concessions.
• Set and manage customer expectations to achieve optimal delivery.
• Lead risk identification and issue resolution at project level.
• Ensure project teams comply with SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements.
