Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Technical Lead for Digital Science Solutions to own the technical delivery of products and solutions in customer engagements, from scoping through implementation. You will collaborate with Solutions Architects, Consultants, Project Managers, and Services teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires expertise in ELN/LIMS/SDMS/CDS, cloud services, and data integration, coupled with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing enterprise laboratory informatics solutions.
• Experience with relational databases and programming.
• Understanding SDLC, quality, and IT processes for validated systems.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of customer-facing project delivery and lead design, architecture, configuration and implementation.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Project Managers to plan delivery and allocate resources.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and lead scoping, design, and workshops.
• Contribute to pre- and post-sales activities including RFP responses and technical documents.
• Support process improvements and ensure regulatory/compliance standards.
• Travel as needed for internal and customer meetings.
