Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial or multifamily construction.
• Strong budgeting, cost control and scheduling skills.
• Experience delivering multifamily projects of 5+ stories and $15M+ budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through close‑out as primary owner contact.
• Manage budgets, cost-to-complete and monthly financial forecasts.
• Oversee scheduling, procurement, change orders and subcontractor payments.
