Job summary

CBX Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate customer communications and logistics on active projects. You will gather information, develop alternate approaches, and work with small groups to drive on-time deliveries of hardware and services.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects with limited supervision. Travel to project sites may be required; office-based work is common.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience with the industry.
• Proven project management experience and high technical understanding of products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Receives calls, emails and other correspondence from customers and coordinates response with assigned salesperson within 24 hours.
• Communicates schedules and changes for final hardware or other approvals with customers.
• Contacts customers before each jobsite delivery to ensure proper scheduling and logistics.
