You will coordinate internal teams and external clients, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are met, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role emphasizes effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and diligent documentation to drive project success in a dynamic office setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience preferred.
• Current and valid US driver’s license.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction or related divisions (e.g., Division 8/10, aluminum storefront).

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams, customers, and third parties.
• Coordinate site meetings and perform routine site inspections.
• Create and maintain project documentation and close-out activities.
