Jobot is seeking a Traveling Construction Project Manager to oversee industrial projects across the United States, coordinating with field leadership, owners, design teams, and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

You will lead planning, procurement, subcontractor management, and cost control while traveling nationwide. Opportunity for career growth into senior leadership roles within a stable contractor.

Qualifications

• Experience managing industrial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ability to travel full-time nationwide.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of industrial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Lead project planning, procurement, subcontractor management, and contract administration.
• Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure efficient field operations and adherence to project schedules.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
• Monitor project financial performance, including forecasting, buyout, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and quality expectations.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks proactively and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
• Support project teams in achieving successful schedule, quality, and profitability objectives.
