Job summary

Reliant Critical Infrastructure is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead data center construction from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, and procurement while coordinating CSA/MEP activities and diverse stakeholders.

The role requires 10+ years of PM experience, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and proficiency with Procore. OSHA 30 is preferred; flexibility for nontraditional hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing CSA and MEP scopes.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contracts, and project controls knowledge.
• Experience managing design-build projects and multiple stakeholders.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, procurement, and financial reporting.
• Oversee CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) construction activities.
• Coordinate design teams, contractors, vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage RFI, submittal, change order, and contract administration processes.
• Review plans and specifications for constructability, quality, schedule, and compliance.
• Conduct project meetings, provide status reporting, and communicate progress to all stakeholders.
• Support commissioning, turnover, and handoff of completed facilities and documentation.
• Drive safety compliance, quality standards, and mission-critical operational requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and schedule optimization.
