Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience, PM or similar role.
• Experience with GC environment preferred.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team.
• Senior living, student housing, hospitality construction experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex construction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.
• Provide leadership to project teams; foster collaboration and adherence to goals.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; monitor risk factors.
• Lead client and stakeholder communication and manage expectations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and other key stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets and schedules; manage resources.
