Job summary

Hydro-Thermal Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead customer and internal projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate Engineering, Applications, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and Service to keep projects moving and deliver results.

This role requires ownership of projects from start to finish, with budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Operations, or related field.
• Experience leading projects in engineering, manufacturing, industrial equipment, or engineered-to-order environments.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, critical path, resources, risk, and change management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams with multiple workstreams.
• Ability to communicate technical and commercial information clearly.
• Excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
• Experience with project financials: budgets, margins, billing, forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from start to finish, establishing scope, milestones, and success criteria.
• Build and manage schedules across engineering, manufacturing, and customer activities.
• Identify risks and roadblocks and take proactive action.
• Manage financial performance including budgets and cash flow.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and document decisions.
• Serve as primary contact for customers with timely updates.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to align resources.
• Maintain project records in ERP and PM systems.
• Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned.
