Hydro-Thermal Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead customer and internal projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate Engineering, Applications, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and Service to keep projects moving and deliver results.

As Project Manager II, you’ll be responsible for the overall execution and performance of your assigned projects, including:
The successful Project Manager will be someone who can take a complex project with multiple moving parts and turn it into clarity, accountability, and forward momentum.
You’re comfortable working across departments and with a variety of personalities, making sound decisions with incomplete information, identifying issues before they become problems, and keeping everyone aligned on what needs to happen next. You don’t need direct authority to lead—you know how to build strong relationships, influence others, and hold teams accountable to their commitments.
You also bring a strong business mindset and understand that successful project delivery requires balancing customer expectations, technical requirements, schedule, cost, quality, profitability, resources, and risk. You’re someone who can see the big picture while staying close enough to the details to keep a project moving toward a successful outcome.
