They are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Engineer to join our team. The Project Manager/Engineer owns a project from the point of handoff from the Sales/Application Engineering team through shipment and is the single point of contact for the customer. The Project Manager/Engineer will be required to communicate directly with the customer and remain involved in all aspects of the project from handoff to completion.

Responsibilities
Project Management
  • Oversee projects once handed off from the Sales/Application Engineering team.
  • Maintain and manage project documentation, ensuring all relevant information is accurately documented and communicated across departments.
  • Verify and confirm project details, including:
    • Customer Purchase Order (PO) technical requirements.
    • Specification compliance.
    • Engineering requirements (thermal and mechanical designs using in-house and third-party software).
    • Quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is compiled to communicate project requirements with the Design team, including generating Code calculations, detailed engineering specifications, and compliance documentation.
  • Review and submit approval drawings to customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Project Execution & Customer Communication
  • Conduct project kick-off meetings and coordinate ship dates with Planning, Purchasing, and Production teams.
  • Review and approve manufacturing drawings prior to procurement and fabrication.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address any technical or scheduling challenges.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the customer, providing updates and resolving any concerns related to engineering or scheduling.
  • Coordinate final shipping requirements with customers and, if needed, collaborate with other teams on logistics and shipping documentation.
Education and Experience
