You will map business processes to technology solutions, manage timelines and budgets, and communicate status to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with engineering budgets. The role requires 5+ years managing multi-discipline projects in production, with strong organization, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Requires AAS/BS in Business Administration, PM, or Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of cross-functional project management in production environments with mechanical/electrical/software disciplines.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Experience with CRM, MRP, or ERP systems and manufacturing operations.
• Experience implementing or upgrading MRP/ERP systems is a plus.
• Self-starter with initiative and minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, schedule, execute and track project timelines and budgets from inception through production ramp.
• Lead cross-functional teams coordinating people and processes to meet deliverables on time.
• Map business processes to technology solutions and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Ensure expenditures align with engineering budgets and manage project risks.
• Maintain project standards and documentation; train teams on processes and best practices.
