Job summary

National Information Solutions Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within the Product Support organization.

You will define requirements, coordinate resources, manage dependencies, and deliver projects from initiation to close. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to manage multiple concurrent projects, and keep stakeholders aligned on scope, timelines, risks, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent software or product-support projects.
• Understanding of support operations, case workflows, escalations and service delivery.
• Ability to define scope, requirements, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Experience partnering with Support, Product, Development and Operations teams.
• Strong risk management, issue resolution, and accountability without direct authority.
• Excellent organizational, stakeholder-management and executive-communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross-functional projects through full lifecycle from planning to implementation.
• Partner with stakeholders to define objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities and resources across Product Support and other teams.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment and accountability.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and track action items to completion.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and communicate issues and delays.
• Manage changes to scope, timelines, and priorities; escalate when needed.
• Prepare status reports and executive updates; support transition to operations.
• Identify ways to improve PM processes, communication, and visibility; leverage AI tools.
