Job summary

MAP SSG seeks a Senior Project Manager to partner with the CIO and IT leadership, delivering enterprise IT initiatives across internal teams, vendors, and consultants. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT Project / Program Management.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
• Experience supporting senior executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI tools relevant to modern law firms, including Microsoft Copilot, Harvey, and similar platforms.
• Experience in law firm or professional services environments preferred.
• Exposure to a mix of: Technology delivery (applications, platforms, integrations); IT operating model or process improvement initiatives; Data, analytics, or AI-related programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of enterprise IT initiatives, including technology implementations, transformation efforts, and strategic programs.
• Lead end-to-end project management of AI initiatives, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Drive coordination across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain program governance, reporting, and execution discipline.
• Partner with the CIO and IT leadership on key initiatives and priorities.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement across IT and business teams.
• Develop and deliver executive-level reporting, presentations, and updates.
• Translate complex topics into clear, concise business communications.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and delivery partners.
• Ensure vendor deliverables align with program objectives, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate across internal and external teams to drive accountability and execution.
• Project manage the firm-wide rollout of enterprise AI tools, including change management, training coordination, stakeholder communication, and adoption tracking.
• Support the development and enforcement of AI usage policies, governance frameworks, and best practices across project teams.
• Partner with IT, operations, and business units to ensure successful integration of AI tools and capabilities into existing workflows.
• Drive structured execution across initiatives, including: Planning and requirements activities; Working sessions and stakeholder workshops; Issue and risk management; Delivery and/or assessment activities (as applicable);
• Ensure alignment across related initiatives, dependencies, and priorities
