Job summary

Conch Technologies Inc. is seeking an ITSS Program Manager to lead Enterprise AI initiatives across multiple functions, coordinating product, engineering, data, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

You will drive planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, governance, and reporting, facilitating decisions with senior leadership to deliver complex technology programs on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program/project/delivery management experience.
• Experience managing complex technology, digital, data, analytics, and AI initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of Enterprise AI and technology initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and action items.
• Coordinate activities across Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Business teams.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and resolve delivery issues.
• Facilitate meetings and executive-level stakeholder discussions.
• Provide status updates, reporting, and executive communications.
• Track risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies and escalate as needed.
• Ensure requirements and implementation activities are documented.
• Support testing, implementation, operational readiness, and post-launch activities.
• Drive accountability and follow-through across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with Enterprise AI leadership to ensure delivery of strategic initiatives.

Duration : 6+ Months

Position Summary

We are looking for experienced Program Managers to support Enterprise AI initiatives within a large, complex organization. The Program Manager will lead cross-functional technology, AI, data, platform, and business initiatives from planning through delivery.

The role will work closely with Enterprise AI leadership, Product Management, Engineering, Data, Operations, and business stakeholders to manage project execution, dependencies, risks, milestones, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of complex Enterprise AI and technology initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items.
• Coordinate activities across Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Business teams.

• Work with Enterprise AI leadership to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of Program/Project/Delivery Management experience.
• Experience managing complex technology, digital, data, analytics, AI, platform, or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience working with both business and technical teams.
• Experience managing project plans, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience influencing teams within a matrixed organization.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred/required.
