Abbott Park, IL seeks a Senior Project Manager (Creative) to lead cross-functional creative teams and deliver multi-channel campaigns that reinforce Abbott's brand. You will manage scope, timelines and budgets, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with strategists, writers and designers to drive impactful marketing initiatives.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in communications or related field, 7+ years of experience in a creative environment, and PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a creative/agency setting or related industry.
• PMP Certification or similar certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, on time, within scope and budget.
• Mentor junior and mid-level project managers to foster skill development.
• Collaborate with strategists, creative directors, writers and designers on campaigns.
• Document project plans and maintain up-to-date records; manage risks and issues.
• Build strategic partnerships with internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee project forecasting, budgets, expenditures and metrics.
