Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience with increasing responsibility.
• Knowledge of construction, design, finance, management and contract management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Timberline, Procore and CMiC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, budget and schedule adherence.
• Maintain client relations and communicate project vision to stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, manage cash flow, and verify subcontractor invoices.
• Train and direct junior staff and coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
