Job summary

BCCI Construction, part of the STO Building Group, seeks a Project Manager in San Francisco to lead construction and business management for complex interior projects. You will drive the project from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction while coordinating timelines, costs, and documentation.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of PM experience, with expertise in corporate interiors/tenant improvements, and strong communication with owners,

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience with a demonstrated progression of increased responsibility.
• Experience managing projects with 12–20 week construction schedules in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in corporate interiors / tenant improvement, including coordination of millwork, furniture integration, lighting design, and architectural finishes.

Responsibilities

• Assume overall project responsibility from preconstruction through closeout, including client relations, subcontractor management, schedule, and budget.
• Maintain relationships with clients, architectural/engineering contacts, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and project team members.
• Provide accurate monthly job cost Reports, over/under billings and cash flow projections for active projects.
• Manage monthly billing procedures, set up projections, review subcontractor invoices, and ensure timely receivables collection.
• Support project closeout with timely notification and checklists, ensuring completion within four weeks after project finish.
• Represent BCCI professionally, stay current on project knowledge, and uphold company values in meetings and deliverables.
