Job summary

BCCI Construction Company is seeking a Project Executive to lead project teams, develop people, and build trusted client and trade partner relationships from strategy through delivery. You’ll work with executive leadership and have a voice in how we grow, while helping create an environment where your team can do its best work.

This role emphasizes guiding projects to meet quality, financial performance, and client service standards, collaborating with Division Leaders, and aligning staffing

Qualifications

• College degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, and/or other related fields or equivalent work experience.
• 15 years of construction management experience with a demonstrated progression of increased responsibility in project management.
• 5-7 years in managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with potential and current clients
• Play a leading role in securing new business and negotiating contracts
• Supervise projects and ensure they are delivered on-time and on-budget with high levels of quality, safety and profitability
• Manage and oversee project team(s), which includes employees from Project Management, Preconstruction and Field Operations.
• Curate culture on the project team that aligns with overall organizational culture
• Manage staffing needs by sharing/trading with other PEx’s.Participate with other PEx’s in recommendations to Division Leaders on long term staffing needs.
