Job summary

Turner & Townsend in New York City is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex corporate interior projects from inception through turnover. You will drive budgets, schedules, and approvals, coordinating design, engineering and construction teams to meet client goals.

On-site presence is required 2-3 days per week. A minimum of 5 years in corporate interiors and AutoCAD proficiency are essential; strong communication and stakeholder management are expected. Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in design and construction of corporate interior projects.
• Consulting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of the project's strategic plans and program initiatives.
• Coordinate design, engineering and construction activities across teams.
• Manage procurement of design, construction and consultant services.
• Serve as liaison between client and design/construction professionals.
• Oversee development of construction drawings and bid documents.
• Lead value engineering sessions to reduce cost.
• Monitor and update the master project budget and schedule.
• Provide budget/schedule analysis to meet financial objectives.
• Assist client in scheduling and managing owner-direct vendors.
• Attend meetings and manage follow-up actions.
• Establish and oversee project close-out documentation.
