Job summary

Verdex Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex initiatives and own the full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment in a West Palm Beach environment. You will manage resources, schedules, and budgets while ensuring quality and on-time delivery aligned with client goals and industry best practices.

You will provide on-site leadership, build teams, and report progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects.
• 5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.
• Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead a team.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business.
• Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
• Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery from initiation to deployment.
• Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management activities.
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.
