Job summary

Verdex Construction is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead planning, budgeting, and coordination of projects during the preconstruction phase. You will partner with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to develop estimates and schedules, ensuring constructability and value.

Requirements include a minimum of 5 years in construction, experience in pre-construction and estimating, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction.
• Experience in pre-construction, estimating, and operations preferred.
• Estimating and scheduling experience is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to coordinate responsibilities of others in estimates and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all pre-construction deliverables from project pursuit.
• Reviews project documentation for quality, content, and constructability.
• Assists with contract documents and pricing for GMP contracts.
• Collaborates with Project Managers during pre- and post-bid meetings.
• Engages with clients to understand needs and represent the company positively.
