Verdex Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex initiatives across business units from inception to deployment. You will build and motivate teams, manage resources, schedules, and budgets, and ensure quality and timely delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and effective communication with executives and teams. On-site leadership and collaboration with vendors are essential for delivering high‑quality projects that align with client goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with tracking and planning.
• Experience working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience drafting budgets and managing changes.
• Proven success delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of complex initiatives across multiple business units.
• Provide on-site leadership and motivate project teams to meet milestones.
• Own full project life cycle from initiation to deployment.
• Manage multiple related projects aligned to strategic objectives.
• Report on project milestones, risks, and issues.
• Develop estimates and detailed project plans for all phases.
