Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Project & Development Services group in Tysons, VA. You will oversee project setup, execution through completion, and lead client-facing meetings with Directors and market leaders.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, advanced PM skills, and strong communication. You will coordinate design, procurement, and construction while guiding vendors and internal teams to project success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience in architecture, engineering, construction management or related fields.
• Advanced project management skills and ability to support or lead business development initiatives.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency with architectural/engineering drawings and construction concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project strategy with Directors and clients.
• Manage project cost, schedule, risk, and scope; create charter and plan.
• Lead subcontractors and vendors; negotiate contracts.
• Own Master Project Schedule; track performance against critical path.
• Lead client-facing meetings and coordinate design, procurement, and construction.
