Job summary

Vanir is seeking a Construction Manager to lead planning, coordination, and direction of project management activities in California. You will ensure scope, cost, and schedule align with owner needs and contract requirements.

This role requires a bachelor’s in engineering, construction management, or architecture and 5+ years of CM experience, with strong MS Office skills and familiarity with project controls. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and E-Verify participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of experience as a construction manager is required.
• Experience with secure healthcare environments, electronic security systems, anti-ligature design standards, and patient safety requirements.
• Knowledge of project development, design-phase management, construction estimating, cost, project controls/scheduling, documentation, and contracts methods.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and project-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Primary liaison for owner and partner entities for contract, design and related deliverables.
• Develops project procedures and documentation; consults on design and construction contracts.
• Manages data, information, approvals, between owner, architects and engineers.
• Represents owner in meetings and public forums; coordinates project-related activities.
