Job summary

ECS Limited seeks an experienced Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Senior Project Manager to lead our Charlotte field services team. You will drive project success from proposal through final invoice, coordinating with clients and project teams to meet deadlines.

You will manage budgets, prepare invoices and change orders, mentor junior staff, and cultivate new and existing client relationships while advancing your leadership and technical skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil/Construction Eng or related; PE/PG licensure preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• PE or PG licensure.
• Valid driver's license and insurance if driving for ECS.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Solid knowledge of CMT principles and ASTM standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction materials testing projects from proposal to final invoice.
• Review daily reports, liaise with project teams, resolve technical/administrative issues, train field staff.
• Prepare/invoice change orders and attend client meetings; prioritize tasks by deadlines.
• Mentor junior project managers and assist staffing decisions with recruiters.
• Market ECS services and maintain existing client relationships.
