Qualifications

• 10 years of CMT/inspections experience (field or lab) or equivalent
• Certifications maintained as required for work performed
• High school diploma or GED; BS in Engineering preferred
• Driver's license if driving for ECS subsidiary
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Advanced project management and consulting skills
• Strong business development and client relationships
• Extensive knowledge of CMT principles and ASTM standards
• Proficiency with CMT software
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages CMT projects from proposal through completion
• Ensures all tasks from proposal to invoicing are completed on time
• Oversees daily report review and resolves technical/administrative issues
• Manages budgets, invoicing, pay apps, and collections
• Prepares and reviews proposals and change orders
• Serves as primary client contact and stakeholders liaison
• Hosts project meetings to present findings and resolve issues
• Provides technical oversight for testing activities and deliverables
• Mentors junior staff and develops project managers
• Supports staffing decisions and resource allocation
• Markets services and grows client relationships
• Performs other PM and leadership duties as assigned
