Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Manager 2 for healthcare construction in Nashville, TN. The role drives direction and leadership on moderately complex projects, overseeing safety programs and the full operation of project execution from preconstruction through closeout.

You will coordinate with owners, design teams, and vendors, manage budgets and schedules, and mentor junior staff while ensuring adherence to JE Dunn’s safety culture and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years construction management experience.
• Proven ability to lead safety culture and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of moderately complex healthcare construction projects.
• Develop and manage project schedule, procurement, and subcontracts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including owners, design teams, and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety practices and manage risk throughout project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present regular project status and financial reporting.
