Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of Project Manager experience with Commercial Interior GCs in NYC.
• Extensive Construction Interiors project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing Construction Interiors projects from preconstruction through completion
• Coordinating subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and day-to-day Construction Interiors activities
• Running OAC meetings and maintaining client relationships
• Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Working closely with Superintendents and leadership teams on Construction Interiors projects
• Delivering Construction Interiors projects safely, on schedule, and within budget

A leading Construction Interiors General Contractor is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to join their growing New York City team due to a strong pipeline of Construction Interiors projects across Manhattan and the wider NYC market.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with Construction Interiors experience to work on high-end commercial interior fit-outs, workplace renovations, tenant improvements, and Construction Interiors projects throughout New York City.

Responsibilities

• Managing Construction Interiors projects from preconstruction through completion
• Coordinating subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and day-to-day Construction Interiors activities
• Running OAC meetings and maintaining client relationships
