Job summary

Samet Corporation is seeking a Project Manager II for the Greensboro, NC region to lead construction projects end-to-end. You will manage budgets, schedules, and quality while driving client relationships and mentoring junior staff. The role covers preconstruction through closeout on diverse commercial and healthcare projects.

You will develop PMP documents, control costs, and supervise design/procurement for various delivery methods, ensuring compliance with bonds and insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable relevant experience.
• 5+ years of management of commercial/industrial, education, multi-family, or healthcare construction projects.
• Strong leadership, management, and computer skills with attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• LEED Green Associate (preferred).
• OSHA 30-hour certification.

Responsibilities

• Owns project delivery from preconstruction through closeout, safeguarding budgets, schedules, and quality.
• Drive client relationships and mentor junior PMs and engineers.
• Develop and maintain Project Management Plans and responsibility matrices.
• Create project schedules and cost controls; establish buyout strategies for profitability.
• Prepare purchase orders and subcontracts; ensure compliance with contract terms and insurance.
