Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Rockland, MA to oversee multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will lead planning, procurement, contract administration, and execution while ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance.

Ideal candidates will coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain schedules and budgets, mentor junior staff, and nurture client relationships to identify future work.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Lead project planning, procurement, contract administration, and execution.
• Coordinate with field operations, superintendents, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives.
• Review and negotiate change orders, subcontract agreements, and project documentation.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular financial and operational reporting to executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contract requirements.
• Mentor and support Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for future business.
