ColonialWebb Contractors Company in Richmond, VA seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects, managing budgets, schedules, teams, and client relationships from start to finish.

You will drive safety and quality, mentor team members, and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure project success. A minimum of five years of commercial/industrial PM experience and OSHA 30-hour certification are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of commercial/industrial project management experience.
• Hands-on management of projects with a scope of work exceeding $10m.
• Ability to read project-related documents in English.
• Experience coordinating material, labor and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Study/develop schedules and estimate worker-hour requirements for completion of job.
• Work with Supply Chain Manager to procure materials, equipment and subcontracts.
• Review RFIs and responses to determine scope of impact.
• Provide information to project team to promote design, fabrication and ensure project execution.
• Interpret project specifications and make decisions relating to equipment, materials and subcontractors.
• Assist project Superintendents with daily operations and supervise Assistant Project Managers/Project Engineers/Project Managers.
• Ensure regular and timely project meetings for successful completion.
• Own project forecasts for revenue, cost-to-complete and expected gross profit.
• Redeem equipment, material, and subcontractor estimates; secondary responsibility for labor and other costs.
