ColonialWebb Contractors Company is seeking a Superintendent for our Special Projects team to oversee change-outs, retrofits, and installations on complex jobs in Richmond, VA. You will supervise mechanics, apprentices, and helpers while ensuring compliance with contract terms and budget targets.

The role requires 7+ years of supervisory experience, deep HVAC/plumbing systems knowledge, and proficiency with Procore, BIM, and MS Teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of industry experience with supervisory duties.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems and applicable codes.
• Ability to read and interpret project documents, blueprints, and specs.
• Proficiency with modern project management tools and safety practices.

The primary responsibility of the Superintendent is to oversee change-outs, retrofits, and installations for complex projects. This responsibility includes supervising day to day work activities of other mechanics, apprentices, and helpers.
