Job summary

ColonialWebb in Charlottesville, VA seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex mechanical building projects on site. You will manage budgets, schedules, quality, and client satisfaction while coordinating field teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of commercial/industrial PM experience, hands-on mechanical project delivery across multiple projects, OSHA 30-hour certification, and PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of commercial/industrial project management experience.
• Hands-on management of mechanical projects across multiple projects.
• Experience coordinating large-scale projects lasting a year or more.
• OSHA 30-hour certification.
• Ability to use current technology (laptop/tablet/phone, Microsoft Teams).

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of mechanical construction projects, including budget, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in bid reviews and evaluate project risks to support go/no-go decisions.
• Coordinate subcontractors, field teams, and project stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Lead WIP reviews, maintain project financial forecasts, and provide regular cost and status updates.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, facilitating project meetings and communicating schedule and budget updates.
