Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level or high-complexity projects across functions, digital systems, or sites.
• Own project scope, schedule, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Build and manage detailed MS Project schedules with dependencies and resources.
• Review cost-savings analyses and align financials with business objectives.
• Serve as the primary contact for site teams and align with transformation roadmaps.
• Develop governance, milestones, and KPI reporting for programs.
• Lead issue resolution and cross-functional decision making to keep deliverables on track.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing/Operations on readiness and equipment changes.
• Present updates, risks, and financial implications to leadership and executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
