Farmer Environmental Group in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects from initiation through completion, aligning with client expectations and strategic goals.

You will manage cross-functional teams, budgets, and schedules, drive process improvements, and serve as the primary liaison with stakeholders. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and a track record of delivering large-scale initiatives in professional services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of project management experience in the professional, scientific, or technical services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI, Agile, or Scrum.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams, including internal staff and external vendors or consultants.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to optimize project performance.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues proactively, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to senior leadership and key stakeholders regularly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations to align expectations and gather feedback.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project outcomes and incorporating lessons learned into future projects.
