Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE license in the state(s) required to support project work.
• 8+ years of engineering and project management experience.
• Proven ability to mentor staff and guide Project Managers.
• Strong business development and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal client contact and foster long-term partnerships.
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex projects.
• Develop and negotiate project scopes, budgets, schedules, proposals, and contracts.
• Provide leadership and direction to multidisciplinary teams and staff.
• Oversee project financial performance, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Review and approve technical deliverables for standards and client needs.
• Perform or oversee QA/QC reviews, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Lead or support business development efforts and pursuits.
• Represent the firm in meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to design standards and operational excellence.
