Job summary

EWI Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex projects from definition through completion. You will own governance, planning, risk management and performance reporting while collaborating with internal teams, clients, suppliers and partners.

The successful candidate will manage budgets, timelines and quality in a dynamic regulated environment, with excellent communication and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams to project

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex projects, ideally in technical, construction, infrastructure, engineering or similarly regulated environments.
• Project governance, planning, risk management and reporting are core responsibilities.
• Strong communication, organisation and negotiation skills with commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through full lifecycle from scope to close-out.
• Develop and maintain programmes, budgets, resource plans and delivery schedules.
• Identify, assess and manage risks, issues, dependencies and opportunities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure clear ownership of actions and deliverables.
• Provide timely progress updates to stakeholders and clients.
• Monitor performance against costs, timescales and quality requirements.
• Support procurement, supplier management, contract administration and change control activities.
• Promote collaboration, continuous improvement, health and safety, and professional excellence.
