Job summary

MRM Health in New York City is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive the development and implementation of complex solutions. You will lead projects with cross-functional teams including creative, technology, QA, UX, and production, ensuring aligned schedules and strong client communication.

You will plan, problem-solve and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines, mentoring junior staff and coordinating assets with partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
5-8 years’ experience in project management or service management within a professional services company.
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with MS Project or Smartsheet is preferred.
Experience with production tools and proprietary software (Egnyte, JIRA, CMS, online routing) is preferred.
Knowledge of web technologies, UX, hosting, and web services is preferred.
Experience with digital campaigns including site and email projects is a plus.
Agency or client-side experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for the successful development and implementation of multiple, complex solutions.
Plan, problem solve and deliver quality with little supervision.
Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
Facilitate project kickoff meetings and create/maintain scope documents and project plans.
Lead cross-functional teams including creative, technology, QA, UX/IA, production and analytics.
Interact with clients and partners to align on solutions and timelines.
Identify resource requirements and facilitate staffing.
